Privacy policy

OpenClaw is a personal, self-hosted integration operated by Anthony Gonzales. It is not offered to the public.

Google data accessed

OpenClaw uses read-only Gmail access to find emails containing flight reservations, tickets, and event details. It uses Google Calendar event access to compare, create, and update calendar events associated with those messages.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to provide the personal email-to-calendar features described above. It is not used for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or training general-purpose artificial intelligence models.

Storage and processing

Processing occurs on a privately operated, self-hosted system. The system stores only the information needed to synchronize events, prevent duplicates, maintain an audit history, and process explicit event approvals. OAuth credentials and stored records are access-controlled and are not published with this website.

Sharing and disclosure

Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers. Data is sent only to service providers necessary to operate the integration, including Google APIs, and is not transferred for unrelated purposes.

Retention and deletion

Operational records are retained only for personal synchronization, duplicate prevention, and troubleshooting. Access can be revoked at any time through the Google Account permissions page. Stored integration data and credentials can be deleted by the operator on request.

Security

OpenClaw uses limited OAuth scopes, private storage permissions, restricted service access, and authenticated approval controls designed to protect Google user data.
